Shields Represents At Annual APWA Event
Shields Asphalt and Paving Team members were proud to represent the company at the 2017 Equipment Show & Seminars sponsored by the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Public Works Association. The event, held June 8 at Ross Township’s new public works facility along Cemetery Lane, boasted what the organization deemed a “record breaking
